Woodwynn Farms is currently accepting applications for Live-In Mentor Positions. We are looking for unique individuals who are calm, grounded, solid, and of reputable background. All mentors will ideally have some background with at-risk persons, addictions, therapeutic communities, organic farming, or conflict resolution.
Work Schedule: A typical work schedule is 4 days on and 3 days off
Skills: Applicants with one or more of the following skill sets are particularly desirable:
- Office Administration: Front line interactions with individuals/organizations through in person, phone, and email communication; basic bookkeeping, office organization
- Volunteer Coordination: Liaison with community groups; connecting volunteer interests with farm needs; optimizing volunteer schedules
- Residence Facilitation: Meal prep; residence oversight; participant guidance/oversight; dispute mediation
Remuneration: Room and Board plus a $750/month stipend are given in exchange. A minimum 1-year commitment is ideal.
